Konex Care is a registered NDIS provider (Registration No. 4050161035) supporting people with disability to live more independently, build skills and take part in their community, with support workers matched to your goals and personality.
Your NDIS plan is about your goals, and our job is to help you reach them. Your care coordinator works with you, your family and your support coordinator to put the right supports in place, and our wide network of support workers means your supports keep running even when someone is away.

You can change NDIS providers at any time. We’ll help you check your current service agreement, including any notice period, and plan a smooth handover so there’s no gap in your support.

Yes. Konex Care is a registered NDIS provider (Registration No. 4050161035), so we can support agency-managed, plan-managed and self-managed participants.
Yes. Agency-managed participants must use registered providers, and Konex Care is registered.
No. Our prices for NDIS supports follow the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits.
Absolutely. We regularly work alongside support coordinators, and we’ll keep them updated on your supports.
We support participants across Melbourne’s south-east, with NDIS services also available in selected areas.
