Your NDIS plan can be hard to navigate on your own. Our support coordinators help you understand your plan, find and connect with providers, and build the skills to manage your supports with confidence.
NDIS participants who have support coordination funding in their plan.
As a registered NDIS provider, Konex Care supports agency-managed, plan-managed and self-managed participants. This support can be funded from your NDIS plan’s Capacity Building (Support Coordination) budget. We’ll go through your plan with you and provide a clear service agreement before support begins.
You’re free to choose any provider for your other supports. We’ll always give you options and explain any conflict of interest, as required under the NDIS rules.
