We provide personal care, domestic assistance, respite care, dementia care, social support and post-hospital care in your own home. We also offer allied health services at home, such as physiotherapy and occupational therapy, and NDIS disability support across Melbourne.
Common signs include difficulty showering or dressing, missed meals or medications, a less tidy home, recent falls, or withdrawing from friends and activities. A free consultation with our team can help you work out what level of support would help.
We meet you at home or at our office, talk about your needs, routines and goals, explain your funding options and answer your questions. There’s no cost and no obligation.
Yes. Once your needs are discussed and your personalised care plan is agreed, support can usually begin.

Yes. If you’ve been approved for Support at Home through My Aged Care, Konex Care can deliver your in-home services through our registered partner provider. Call us and we’ll explain how it works for your situation.
Contact My Aged Care on 1800 200 422 or online to arrange an assessment. If you’re approved for Support at Home, Konex Care can deliver your services through our registered partner provider.
Under Support at Home, you may pay a contribution depending on the service and your financial situation, which is assessed by Services Australia. We’ll explain likely costs before you start. Private care is charged hourly; see Private Home Care.
Wherever possible, yes. We match you with a small team of familiar carers. If your regular carer is away, we arrange a suitable replacement and let you know in advance.
Yes. Tell us your preference and we’ll match you with a carer you’re comfortable with.
Just tell your care coordinator. We’ll listen, make changes, and match you with someone more suitable. Your comfort matters.
Yes. All carers and support workers have current police checks and the required worker screening, and hold relevant qualifications.
You don’t need a referral to book privately or through your aged care or NDIS funding. A GP referral is needed if you want to claim Medicare rebates under a Chronic Condition Management Plan.
Yes. Our physiotherapists, occupational therapists and podiatrists are registered with AHPRA, and other practitioners are members of their professional associations.
Yes. Konex Care is a registered NDIS provider (Registration No. 4050161035), so we can support agency-managed, plan-managed and self-managed participants.
Yes. Agency-managed participants must use registered providers, and Konex Care is registered.
Yes. You can change providers at any time. We’ll help you check your current service agreement, including any notice period, and plan a smooth handover.
You don’t have to go without support while you wait. We offer privately funded in-home care that can usually start, and we can help you plan the next steps once your funding is approved.
Yes. If your current funding doesn’t cover everything you need, you can add private hours with Konex Care.
