Supported Independent Living (SIL) provides help with daily tasks in your home, often in a shared setting, so you can live as independently as possible. We build your supports around your goals, routines and the people you live with.
NDIS participants with SIL funding in their plan who need regular support at home, whether they live alone or with housemates.
As a registered NDIS provider, Konex Care supports agency-managed, plan-managed and self-managed participants. This support can be funded from your NDIS plan’s Core Supports (SIL) budget. We’ll go through your plan with you and provide a clear service agreement before support begins.
